Questions & Answers

1.  Where are your cabins located?

See map for cabin location.   The cabins are hidden deep in the woods for a very secluded private get-away. However, we are centrally located in Southern Illinois , and only a 10 - 15 minute drive to several communities such as Carbondale , Marion , Herrin, Carterville and Goreville.    We are approximately 5 to 10 minutes from Interstate 57 and Interstate 24.

2.  How many cabins do you have available for rental?

We have two cabins available for rental on our 80 + acre property.

3.  How much does it cost to rent the cabins?

See our rates and information page to check cabin rates. We cost less than many motels, while offering more amenities in a private, secluded scenic location. Our cabins are available year round.

The cabins sleep up to 6 people. We have two queen size hand-crafted Amish-made log beds and a futon that folds out in front of the fireplace.

No cleaning fee will be charged if the following few things are done before checking out:
•  Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer.
•  Empty all trash cans into outside covered trash container.

•  Wipe off kitchen table, counters, stove and sink, and wipe out microwave. Wipe up spills on floor or furniture.

You will receive a door code to unlock the cabin when we e-mail your reservation confirmation. Please remember that check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. sharp. Please be prompt when checking out so that the cabin can be cleaned before the next guests arrive.
